Audiam requires all information in your account to be valid and entered correctly in order for payments to process. If your payments are held, they will remain in your account.
If your bank and tax information is invalid, please update this information at your earliest convenience and Audiam will then process your held payments in the following cycle. Please note that Audiam has a payment processing period of 45 days, and you must update your information at least 30 days prior to the payment date. Otherwise, payments will take an additional cycle to process.
